Payment must be settled within 3 working days of the sale and items collected or collection arranged; thereafter items will be stored and charged at a daily rate of £5 a day.
Postage and packing
Although we would prefer you to collect the items you have won on site, postage and delivery will be based on individual items. All items are sent via UPS, insured and signed for. We have a minimum postage charge of £15, which includes postage and packing; once posted, items are at the liability of the buyer. Depending on the weight and size of the item or items this price will vary — please contact us after the sale has ended for a quote.
Large, fragile and overseas items
We do not post large or fragile items, or items overseas, in house. For these we recommend Jen Tel Packing, who can be contacted on 01268 776777.
Couriers
Goods will not be released to couriers unless they are delivering to the address the buyer used for registration. Couriers are instructed not to take alternative delivery instructions once dispatched.
